How to Sell Your Items:
Step 1: Get in Touch.
Reach out by WhatsApp on 81 228 466, and text them a list of the items you’ve set aside from your closet clean-up. They do not charge any fees for listing your items. You’ll also be asked for your suggested pricing based on the item’s value.
Step 2: Prepare for Collection.
After cleaning your items, pack them up. You can either arrange for Aramex to pick them up (same-day or next-day service, with a $4 shipping fee per collection regardless of the number of items) or drop them off at the store’s studio in Batroun. You’ll receive an air waybill to fill out, which serves as a contract of carriage with Aramex.
Step 3: Let Them Handle the Rest.
Once your items are received, the store takes care of everything from storing and photographing to setting the final price based on the item’s condition, brand, and current market value. They’ll list your items and manage sales. You earn 40% of the final sale price.
Earning and Withdrawing Money:
You can cash out through Wish Money, with withdrawals taking up to 5 working days. If your items don’t sell within 6 months, you can choose to take them back or authorize the store to donate them.
Buying from the Thrift Store:
Customers ordering from “Keep” can typically expect their purchases to arrive within 3-4 business days. Aramex handles delivery, charging a flat fee of $4 per order. Currently, all payments for orders must be made in cash upon delivery, ensuring straightforward transactions for buyers.
Item Condition Guide:
- Brand new with a tag: Never worn, in impeccable condition.
- Brand new: Never worn, excellent condition but without tags.
- Excellent: Lightly worn, in excellent condition, almost new.
- Good condition: Moderately worn, with minor flaws visible in product images.
To maintain sustainable practices, “Keep” repurposes fabric waste into string bags as packaging, eliminating the use of paper and plastic materials.
