Time for some Fluid Flow – a movement meditation 🧘🏻♀️
Elevate your yoga practice and morning routine with @aurelie_karam, a Batrouni Yogini, at Isolé’s opening this Sunday.
This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state and is a perfect energizing morning routine.
The class begins at 11 am and ends at 12 pm. Bring your own mat or towel and get ready to immerse yourself in the sun, waves, and good vibes.
Afterward, keep that energy going and enjoy the rest of our opening day!
