The Art of Mouneh Making

It is in the heart of our heritage: MOUNEH!
Or how to preserve food in your pantry for the winter. And we bring it to you!
What to expect:
We’ll start the day in the orchard of Sayed, early, where we’ll be picking vegetables to use later on in our processing of jars! We’ll taste some along the way! And you can also buy freshly picked vegetables directly from him.
We’ll then head to the premises of our friends Manuella and Joseph from NATURAMIS where we’ll be making our own 3 different Mouneh products that you’ll take home with you!
We’ll be tasting some “Kechek akhdar” in the process too!
We’ll then head to our friends at DAR EL CHAER who are hosting SNOUNOU and his guests where we relax and enjoy a mouthwatering terroir lunch with wine, arak and a table of desserts.
In the afternoon, we’ll take a cultural stroll through the village of Chatine learning about its history and anecdotes and enjoying its beauty.
