Under the energy of the new moon, we will be flowing and connecting with our 3 different stages of growth:
-Roots
-Leaves
-Flowers
Embracing the journey we’ve been through and setting intentions for the future.
With the guidance of all the life elements, and the joined forces between @likolette & @deeptrip_tribe , we’ll begin our night with a gentle flow that’ll open our physical bodies, continue to reflect on our experiences and let go of what no longer serves us in our emotional bodies.
Then, we’ll enjoy different tea infusions, every sip representing growth and transformation.
As we sip tea, we’ll share our dreams and aspirations, nurturing our desire to evolve. We’ll also set intentions for the future, like planting seeds in the fertile soil of possibilities.
We gather to release the old, and welcome the new, making space for our seeds to grow.
Feel free to bring your journal for reflection and anything you want to add to the Altar (i.e something close to your heart, an item, a piece of clothing, a letter – the choice is yours).
