The Ancient Path

Finally the snow season is here and we are ready to take on the mountains to enjoy nature’s white coat. ❄️ 🏔️

On Sunday, January 21, our event is full of ancient pathways and nature.
We are going to snowshoe from the Highland of Arz Becharreh, going from one peak to another reaching the top of Bekaa Kafra and ending it in between the oldest cedars “Cedars of God”🌲. We will pass by amazing sceneries on the top of Kadisha Valley, old villages and frozen lakes.

We will End the tour with a lovely lunch at a local restaurant in the area. 🥗 🥙

Your furry friends are more than welcome. 🐕

Event Details:

* DATE: Sunday, January 21.

* MEETING POINT:

🚌 Beirut Al Nahar Building-Martyr square Downtown (we can pick up hikers along the way) at 7:00 AM.

Batroun routes station at 8:00 AM.

PS: Punctuality is highly important! ⚠️

* HIKE DEPARTURE: 10:00 AM.
* HIKE DURATION: 4 hours.
* DISTANCE: 10 km.
* ⁠DIFFICULTY: Moderate.

BE PREPARED:

Bring light snacks to boost your energy up (such as nuts, dry fruits and water).
winter clothing, winter shoes, jacket, gloves & hat, sunscreen, sunglass and changing clothes.

Event Participation Fees :
* 30$/ person.
* ⁠25$/ person for groups of 4 and more.

This event will include:

Transportation from and to Beirut, Snowshoeing equipment, Routes guides, local guides, First Aid kit, Breakfast (Tea ☕️ & Croissants 🥐 ) & Photos.

Maximum number of participants for this event is 25.
