Batroun Level 2 Food Safety Workshop

As part of our collaboration, BIAT is pleased to organize a Level 2 Food Safety Training in partnership with GRAYMACKENZIE, scheduled to take place on Monday, 26 May, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, at the Batroun Municipality, with the valued support of the Batroun Traders Association.
This training targets F&B business owners and food handlers, offering essential knowledge on basic HACCP principles and food safety best practices, in line with both local and international regulations.
Workshop Brief:
The Level 2 Food Safety Training ensures participants understand how to apply safe practices throughout the food production chain, ensuring consumer protection and compliance.
