Our Stand-Up Paddleboarding Schedule For This Week

We’re excited to introduce a new schedule on the board.

Experience the gentle movements of Qi Gong, the core-strengthening exercises of Pilates, and the soothing poses of yoga, all while finding stillness on the water.

Schedule:

Sunrise SUP at 8:30 am:
– Float and Flow Saturday 23, with rawiaeid

Sunset SUP at 6:30 pm:
– Qi Gong Friday 23, with barrak.tony
– Pilates Saturday 24, with jessflows
– Float & Flow Sunday 25, with usefulgherez
