End your week with a scenic bike ride through the old city of Batroun\, heading toward Anfeh’s coastal road. Along the way\, we’ll pass through the historical tunnels of Hamat and stop by an old train station. \nBut the adventure doesn’t end there! After reaching the famous “Taht el Rih” location\, we’ll explore the coastal town of Anfeh to discover the traditions of our ancestors. From there\, we’ll cycle to the salt beds\, where you’ll learn about salt extraction while taking in a breathtaking sunset by the beach. Starting the hike at St Georges church in Bkarta (Ehmej) towards Jaj cedar forest\, on our way we will encounter one of the deepest sinkholes in the area hidden between the rocky nature. \nThe cedars there are among the last survivors of the immense forests that lay across Mount Lebanon in ancient times. The Cedar forest in Jaj contains about 375 trees\, some between 1200 and 2000 years old.
