Prana Flow is a creative and holistic approach to finding\, embodying\, and serving your life force into your practice. Practitioners learn both classical and innovative approaches to Vinyasa yoga with a focus on opening the upper back area\, while releasing shoulders tensions and opening the hips. \n$10 the class🤍☀️ \n✨Following with Chakra Dance from 6pm to 7pm with the incredible @hage_elie \n▫️At the beginning of the course will be served a hot raw cacao. It is known for its benefit of relaxing the blood pressure\, opening our hearts and preparing our body\, mind and soul for the experience of dancing. \n▫️1st part of the session: Dance with the self – Eyes closed\nCHAKRADANCE is a healing dance practice. It’s unique because it uses spontaneous dance for the purpose of healing. There’s no right or wrong way to CHAKRADANCE. It’s a journey of self-discovery. Each chakra is explored through specific music\, improvised dance\, done with your eyes softly closed.\n▫️2nd part: Dance with the group – Eyes open\nIn this part\, the objective is to connect with the group and bring all the positive energy from the previous exercise. Throw yourself into dance\, let go and express through movement what your soul is trying to say. No doubt you will experience a glimpse of whom you truly are behind the stories that you have been told and move closer to your greatest most authentic version. \n$20 the class🤍☀️
